The best way to see Paris is walking, walking and more walking! Tourists will often just hit the places in their guides and assume that it’s the best way to see the parisienne hot-spots but the only way to run into those hidden streets that hold all the magic Paris has to offer is by walking from one point to the next without the use of public transport. Flat sandals are a must! I bought mine in Jonak and literally paired them with every outfit I wore. On my first day I went to some depot-vente which I love as they hold all the unwanted treasures of chic parisiene women. Next I visited a lovely neighbourhood cafe in the 16th arrondissement followed by a long walk to Tocadero to see the Toure Eiffel which I’ve seen a million times but it never ceases to amaze me. Then I went through St Germain and visited some boutiques and took the opportunity to take some great pics. Unmissable: coffee and people watching at Le Deux Magots. Look out for the next post with the second part of the trip! From Paris, with LOVE!
