Hey, it’s my 100th Post! Hard to believe and had so much fun doing it too.
I’ve wanted to share this for a long time, ever since I saw it in an issue of AD Architectual Digest. It’s no secret I love patterns and textures so its easy to see why I am in LOVE with Chloe Sevingy’s New York apartment in the chic East Village.
With her razor sharp sense of fashion, it’s no surprise her place would be this beautifully decorated and eclectic. I can totally see myself living in a place like this and I love how bold she was about her colour choices too. She did get a hand from a professional though but somehow it still feels like an intimate home and avoids that very ‘done’ look some apartments get after getting the decorator treatment.
I particularly like the geometric wallpaper in the hallway and the print sofa’s with the giant painting in the living room. Kinda makes me want to move out of this place (no, I love it!) and get one where I can start over!
