Barcelona

I just loved getting lost in Barcelona’s winding alleys of the Born and Gotico districts, discovering little tapas bars and local boutiques. I did all the touristy things on a previous trip, so this trip was more about seeing what daily life there was like and of course seeing my friend Maria and spending all day catching up on all of the things we’ve missed in each others lives since she moved to Barcelona. I think the best way to get to know a city is to get a little lost and that’s when you stumble upon a great find, no one else knows about. On this particular day I was with Maria, just getting to know her area and trying to figure out what to wear for the unpredictable weather we were having. In any case, we were lucky we got two full beach days out of this trip before it started to rain and we fully took advantage of that sunshine! Here’s one of the looks I took with me and the only pair of long trousers I took with me and before I got ridiculously sick!
