Best of 2015

Before I show you all of my favorite moments and looks from 2015, let me reflect a little on what this year meant for me. So many things happened in 2015 that I can’t really pinpoint which one made the most impact for me. As some of you might know I went through some relationship changes, I started my own company and moved into a new apartment on my own.

If you know me personally, you know I’m a sharer. Although a lot of these things that happened were very private, I believe sharing your troubles as well as your achievements builds closer relationships with people and can provide comfort to others going through similar experiences. Since I moved around a lot when I was young, I realized that the faster I opened up to people the quicker I would make friends, and that’s something that’s always stayed with me. Sharing your innermost feelings and experience builds trust and has been the basis of my most longstanding relationships.

In regard to my work, I’ve had so many new experiences with the blog this year and so many milestones achieved with the help of my amazing agency Fab4media. Their support has really gone along way in helping me achieve all I have done this year with the blog and their frienship has helped me through some tough times when I had trouble finding motivation.

I look back on this year as a huge stepping stone to what will be great things in 2016. I can’t wait to share this all with you! So far I can tell you there’s a huge campaign that will be coming out in March, some exciting travel destinations and of course a lot of cool new partners which I can’t wait to introduce on here. It goes without saying that a big part of everything I do is thanks to you guys who follow me here and on Instagram so THANK YOU!

As to my personal life… Yes, I ended a relationship and started a new one and now living on my own which is daunting and exciting, scary and thrilling all at the same time. I’m a bundle of emotions and much like Christmas tree lights, I’m just trying to slowly and patiently detangle myself and start over. Thankfully I’ve had such a great support system of family and friends around me for the tougher days.

Most days I’m happy just to celebrate small successes like being able to set up my TV and wifi on my own or open really tightly sealed jars (while humming ‘Independant Women’ to myself) and other days I feel like a damsel in distress when I realize I need to recruit friends to assemble IKEA furniture (and of course bring tools along which I don’t own). It does however empower me with a great sense of fulfillment!

All in all it’s been a crazy, challenging, eventful yet beautiful year which I’ll never forget and I can’t wait to see what 2016 has in store for me.

So to all of you who went through crazy 2015′s, life changing moments, rollercoasters of emotions, laughter, tears, achievements, heartache, brain numbing work, here’s to you this new years! Below I left a little round up of my favorite moments and looks from 2015.
