I am so very honored to be featured in the SS2016 edition of Gala Style Magazine! This was shot during fashion week in my new apartment and features some of my Spring wardrobe favorites as well as my new swimline SCIC Swimwear, which actually just got registered today! German burocracy is really challenging but also great learning experience for anyone starting their own business here.
These images are featured in the Business – Style section which gives me an even greater satisfaction. I have have turned my little hobby into a small business and even though people sometimes might give eyerolls when the word ‘blogger’ is mentioned, it’s nice to see that the industry is slowly starting to recognise the hard work it takes to bring a blog to a certain level and also how it can help to give new and established brands legitimate and measurable exposure as a new form of advertising and in a more organic way than traditional advertising. More importantly, it is a way for us to bring fashion to a more accessible level and the fashion we see in magazines to the street, so to speak. I constantly follow other bloggers as a source for inspiration and I also hope I can continue to do this for many years to come!
I’m so very grateful and humbled by this feature and the hard work my agency Fab4Media for always believing in SCIC. And make sure you pick up a copy and read the article itself! It’s on newstands now
